AMRAC Demo Environment

Important: The AMRAC Sanctions Screening demo is a prototype environment. We strongly advise against entering real personal data. Any names entered are processed solely to generate simulated screening results and are not stored, logged, or retained beyond the active session.

3How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected:

To respond to business development and consultation inquiries — contact form submissions are forwarded to our BD team
To manage Intelligence Hub membership — account creation, access management, and subscription billing
To send communications you have opted into — market intelligence updates, regulatory digests, and product news (only with your explicit consent)

5Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share personal data only in limited, necessary circumstances:

Email delivery platform (Brevo/Sendinblue): For sending transactional and marketing emails to subscribers who have opted in. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement.
Netlify (hosting and form processing): Form submissions are processed through Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR-compliant.
Payment processors: Stripe or equivalent — processes subscription payments. We receive only confirmation of payment, not card details.
Legal and regulatory authorities: Where required by law, court order, or regulatory requirement.

All third-party processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements and are required to maintain appropriate security standards.

We never sell your data. We never share your data with advertisers. We never use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.

Intelligence Hub member accounts: Retained for the duration of membership plus 12 months after cancellation
Marketing email list: Until you unsubscribe or request removal
Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised after 12 months
AMRAC demo queries: Not retained beyond the active browser session

When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymised. You may request early deletion at any time.

9International Data Transfers

Blueverge operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the Philippines, the United States, and the European Union (through our service providers).

Where we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including:

Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
Transfers only to countries with adequate data protection levels as determined by the EU Commission
Data Processing Agreements with all sub-processors

10Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction, including:

Secure hosting infrastructure (Netlify — SOC 2 Type II certified)

Blueverge's services are intended for business and professional use only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

AMRAC Demo Disclaimer

The AMRAC Sanctions Screening demo is a prototype environment for evaluation purposes only. Results are simulated and do not constitute a production sanctions determination. Blueverge makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of demo results. The demo must not be used for actual compliance decisions, customer onboarding, regulatory obligations, or any purpose that carries legal or financial consequence. Users assume all risk associated with use of the demo environment.

Intelligence Hub content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or regulatory advice. Blueverge is not liable for decisions made based on Intelligence Hub content. Always seek qualified professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blueverge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing Law
